Lead Lined Drywall
Our fire-rated, 5/8" lead-lined drywall (type RB-LBG) is the first UL Labeled and Classified product of its kind, certified and listed with UL for over 25 years as meeting US and Canadian safety standards for 1-hour and 2-hour fire-rated partition applications in over 30 UL designs, with special applications up to 4 hours. This drywall is custom-manufactured to meet specific customer shielding requirements and is typically available within only one day.
Lead Sheet, Lead Plate, & Lead Brick
Ray-Bar provides lead sheets, plates, and bricks designed for custom applications. These products are also available enpasulated as solid color powder coated and are very versatile to be be tailored to meet the unique radiation-shielding protectlevels and needs of any project.
X-Ray Glass
We offer an extensive selection of X-ray glass products, including X-ray lead glass, safety glass, and various radiation shielding glass accessories. Our X-ray glazing assemblies are designed for superior radiation shielding in medical, industrial, and laboratory environments.
X-Ray Windows
Ray-Bar offers a range of radiation-shielding window products. Ray-Bar’s proprietary Lead Lined Shielded Steel Telescopic Control View Window Frames come factory pre-installed with our X-ray protective lead glass and are available in over 40+ stock sizes. These window assemblies are adjustable to easily fit wall thicknesses from 4-1/4" to 8", making them ideal for both new installations and retrofits in medical and healthcare X-ray facilities.
Lead Lined X-Ray Doors
Our lead-lined doors are available in 7 standard lead thicknesses in stock 36”, 42” and 48” wide sizes as Natural premium stain grade birch veneer and ready to ship in only 3 days.
Additionally Ray-Bar offers a wide selection of natural wood veneers such as Oak, Maples, Cherry, Mahagony, and Birch and optionally as plastic laminate colors such as Wilsonart or Formica. These doors can also be equipped with X-ray safety glass vision frames and are typically ready for delivery within 4 to 5 weeks.
